Three people have been arrested Tuesday midnight in Vushtrri, after allegedly confronted physically with Kosovo Police members. Berat Grandnca, Albi Mavriqi and Mentor Zeqiri, on yesterday have appeared before the judge of the preliminary procedure after the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, the Vushtrri branch, has filed calls for the appointment of a security measure against them.
Sources suggest that the Constitutional Court has approved the prosecution's request and has appointed the 30-day detention measure to three suspects separately.
The 26-year-old, Berat Grandpianca, allegedly caused serious bodily injury to the police official, who was then rushed to the hospital. The latter, after medical examinations, found that he had a fracture on his finger.
The young man who ended up in custody is the brother of the Republic of Kosovo from the ranks of the Vetevendosje Movement, Gazmend Grandina. /Sinjali
