Signal Journal sources within the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that the whole event took place minutes after the conflict at the scene, where the 35-year-old had later gone to the victim's bar and had fired the same one with an axe.
The victim has suffered serious bodily injuries and has been rushed to the Emergency Centre of Family Medicine, but due to the nature of injuries, he has been transferred to the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo for further medical treatment.
Meanwhile, the suspect has been arrested and escorted to the police station for interview.
After the police proceedings were completed, the State Prosecutor has issued a ruling that suspects be appointed the police ban and the same will be investigated under suspicion of carrying out the criminal act, serious bodily extradition.
