The Kosovo Commercial Court has approved that Clan Kosovo's request for security measures is based.
This was announced by the Commercial Court, where the First Stair Chamber has made this decision:
“APROVOWED as based on the request of plaintiff Klan Kosova Shp.k, for delaying the execution of”
The court has announced that the Exectum decision to lift Klan Kosovo's business license has been postponed.
“THE Execution of Decision No. 4566/01 of the 28.07.23 Commission for the Review of the Ankes for the Register of Business and Decision No. 309/11 of the 1406.23, issued by the Agency General Director for Business Registers in Kosovo, until the Court decides with its final judicial ruling in terms of the plaintiff's lawsuit”, the verdict said.
Recognitions of legal cases have said that after the case reaches court, the final decision could take up to two years. /Periscopi/
