Democratic Party of Kosovo Vice President Vlora Citaku has reacted after the Constitutional Court declared the Government of Kosovo's decision to sack Kosovo Radio Television board (RTK).

Chitaku Kuri Government called it” the serial offender of the Constitution“,

Otherwise, the Constitutional Court has responded to the ten Parliament deputies' request, regarding the assessment of the decision to dismiss eight members of Kosovo Radio Television board.

The Constitution has found that this decision is illegal, and conflicts with the RTK Law provisions.

The Court's ruling states that the Assembly has exceeded the limits of competencies it owes to, in addition to functions within the public broadcaster.
