For killing the victim, WR.U. in the local “Ban Vivant”, Massar Gerdovci was sentenced to 18 years in prison for committing murder in co-ordination, and for a thousand and 500 euros in fines for illegal weapons maintenance.
The Court of Gerdovci had also pronounced additional punishment for the seizure of a weapon suspected of being used to carry out the work.
For the criminal crime of serious murder in co-ordination, accused Sheriff Krasniqi, the court has pronounced him a seven-year prison sentence, in which he will be counted even the time spent in custody.
Also, in March of this year, about 20 people had damaged the local tables and attacked the manager as a sign of a lack of permission to enter without reservation.
