Bahtiri for stuck Hetem: De facto and de juro s'di what to say, so it serves citizens

Lulzim Hetemi was helped by the Kosovo Special Police Unit to enter his office early morning on May 29th, and since that day it has not been reported out of the municipal object. There, Lulzim Hetemi eats, stays, cleans and sleeps. But how much and how can Mr. Hetem work? [...]
For over 100 days, Lulzim Hetemi has been staying in his office in Leposaviq. The mayor, elected in this municipality by the Vetevendosje party, has been making a constant fuss since the office hasn't let him in.
Agim Bahtiri, former Mitrovica chairman, has said he doesn't know if he could stay like Lulzim Hetemi in the office.
He says he doesn't believe it's Lulzim Hetemi's decision to stay in the office like this.
And I think if it's for the good of the citizens and it's a vision that goes for the fit, maybe I had done it myself, but de facto and de juro don't know what to say, but there are certainly counselors who can advise him and I think he knows if he's good or not.
I don't believe it's his decision, no matter who made that decision, I don't know how much service he gives citizens, that's the problem”, Bahtiri said on the Channel 10's new Gallat show.
Bahtiri says I don't know if this form like Lulzim Hetem standing in the office is useful to citizens.
The mayor is elected to give services to citizens, I wasn't in Leposaviq and I don't know what his commitment is, can citizens be given?
We need to understand that this situation needs to change because in the north, we're a minority. The land is Kosovo's and needs to govern Kosovo's rules and laws”, Bahtiri said. /Periscope.
