Total failure in capital investments: About 70% of the projects ahead for 2023 have not even started
It's repeating last year's situation. In the January-June 2023 period, out of about 850 capital projects at the central level, 70% of projects have not even started and are with 0% realisation.
In the January-June 2023 period, only 18% of the budget for capital investments has been spent.
Capital spending according to budgetary organisations is disturbing:
) Ministry of Agriculture 0%,
The Ministry of Power Local 0%,
The Ministry of Health 2%
The Ministry of Economy 4%,
The Justice Ministry 4%,
) Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports 5%,
) Ministry of Commerce and Industry 10%,
14% Ministry of Education and Science,
) Hospital service 12%
16% Infrastructure Ministry.
As in the past two years, this year's economy will lack hundreds of millions of euros in circulation in the absence of realisation of capital investments.
