They started with the medium Klan Kosova to continue with a long list of businesses.
But the institution itself that is being called on these principles is still presenting Kosovo as part of Serbia.
The Agency for Registering Businesses in Kosovo (ARBK), operating within the framework of the Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade (MINT) on their official page, is still using Serbia's Prefix +381.

Kosovo has reached agreement with Serbia in 2016 under the dialogue mediated by the European Union, which has provided Kosovo with the 383 telephone code. With this agreement it was decided that codes 381, 377, 386 will be removed from use.
The Republic of Kosovo with this agreement is said to establish its state identity in the field of telecommunication, as it will be recognised/identified internationally with its unique state code +383.
At one point in this agreement it is said that “With the implementation of the new unique code, the obstacles created by its absence will be eliminated, respectively, the use of three different codes (currently +377, + 386, and +381), which have made the implementation of several important competition protection mechanisms (such as that. Accessibility/tacts on mobile phones). And there will be obstacles to traffic orientation both in going and in coming, and more adequate management of limited numberic resources;
From the Electronic and Post Communications Regulatory Authority (ARKEP) say that by January 2018 the functional code in the Republic of Kosovo is the +383 telephone code.
“related to your question as the Electronic and Post Communication Regulatory Authority (February 15th) we announce that from January 15, 2018, in the Republic of Kosovo, the telephone code is functional and uses +383x1>, the ARKEP's response to Front Online.
Front Online has been waiting for answers from ARBK to clarify this situation.
From this institution they haven't returned e-mails to their address.
The +381 code has been used by Kosovo Telecom for fixed phone from post-war to lack the Kosovo state code until 2018 when this code was removed, and started implementing the Kosovo state code +383.
