Appeal approves lawyer Besnik Berisha's complaint back to the court's decision at Ferizaj

Appeals has returned to re-establish the Constitutional Court's decision in Ferizaj through a decision on the case against lawyer Berisha.

Berisha was charged with suspicion of three different criminal acts.

The Court of Appeals after reviewing the papers of the subject and complaints submitted, had praised the signal, as the first-degree Court has provided no reason for the existence of the suspects based on having committed the criminal acts for which they are charged. ”

According to the ruling in question, the reasoning part had not presented “clear and complete” assessments of which facts and evidence was based on the Court against measures against defendants.
