The Agency for Prevention of Corruption (APK) has suggested that claims for the dismissal of Spring Prestreet from the deputy manager's position in the Agency for Registering Business (ARBK) have not been based.

After the ongoing investigation, the Corruption Prevention Agency has estimated that Prestreshi was not in conflict with interest.

“End of case for official, Mrs. Spring Prestreshi, former deputy director general of ARBK, because there is not enough evidence to argue the reasonable suspicion of existing conflict of interest”, said in the APK's decision.

On June 22, The ARBK had decided to fire from Prestreshi position.
