Andy Pajazit's record “Italian” and fine sentences against him speak by court

spokeswoman Gashi said that against Andy Pajazit a case concluded by bias is in the Randa Crime Department, while in the General Department there are three cases complete. The same has three cases in execution, for which the procedure for executing fine sentences has begun.

“At the Constitutional Court in Pristina for accused A. P is finished: In the Randa Crime Department, there's a case that's ended with a court of justice. At the General Department, the Penal Division is three cases complete. The accused A.P. has three cases in the execution, for which the execution procedure for the fines has begun with a fine”, Gashi said in a written response to the Journal Express.

From the Pristina Foundation Court records, Andy Pajaziti has three charges for which there is no judicial ruling yet, the same have been filed in court in the 1920s-2021.

In 2020, the excise was filed against Andy Pajazit and 7 other persons for “beating”, for which there is still no judicial decision.

“Referenced your request, we announce that at the Constitutional Court in Pristina the Randa Crime Department, dated 11.08.2020 has been accepted by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina for defendant A. P, for criminal participation in beatings by Article 187 paragraphs 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code. In this criminal case in judicial procedure there are seven other defendants, the subject holds the PKR.nr.792/2020 and for the same yet has no judicial ruling”, Gashi's response to Express said.

The accusation against him was also raised in 2019.

“In the General Department ʹ Penal Division, on September 17th, 2019, has been admitted indictment by the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for the defendant A.P. etc., for criminal work in co-ordination has committed slight bodily injury and use of weapons or dangerous means. The substance holds the number P.n.3088/2019, and for the same yet there is no judicial ruling”, Gashi confirms.

He also has an indictment for criminal work “canos”.

“In the General Department ʹ Penal Division, on June 24th 2021, the indictment has been accepted at the request for the pronunciation of the penal order by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for defendant A.P., for the criminal work Canoja by Article 181 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code. The subject holds the number P.nr.1733/2021 and, for the same yet, has no judicial ruling”, the spokeswoman Gashi's response to the Journal Express says further.

As for the case that happened at the “Ban Vivant” bar, Andy Pajaziti is suspected of four criminal acts.

In announcing the court's appointment of the detention measure to him, “A says. But how did the murder and the injuries in Bon Vivant happen?

According to the late prosecutor Kastriot Ramadani was sitting in the local with Dukagjij Nikolaj and a still unidentified person from the prosecution while at that point “Bon Vivant” Andy Pajaziti and Gzim Zakuti had entered.

“There is suspicion that by August 4th, 2023 around 23:17, at the “Ban Vivant” street “Recep Luci” in Pristina, following a physical clash between defendants Andy Pajaziti and Gezim Zakuti on one side with defendants Dukagjit Nikolay, Kastriot Ramadani and now the late Kastriot Ramadani and the unidentified person on the other side, with the intent to deprive each other of life in the local way, while the defendants were sitting down with the indictees, Kastriot, and now felt like the most prominent person who came to the war crimes station, and the Self-Piculizovici are now standing in front lines.

The prosecution claims that Andy Pajaziti, known as <x0thalian” and Dukagjin Nikollaj, had begun to fight physically. Later, the late Ramadan had hit Pajazit with a glass bottle, and the latter had already shot in the direction of the victim.

The prosecution points out that in the “Bon Vivant” there has been a major threat to people's lives, Friday night.

The injured “: G.H., A.Z., A.A., and N.N., who have suffered bodily injuries from rockets thrown by fire, and also body injuries have been sustained by defendants Andy Pajazit, Hisoni Gecaj, and the late Kastriot Ramadani who died of his wounds at QKUK.
