I am sorry to hear that Armend Mehaj has resigned as defence minister. I am grateful for his positive contribution to United Kingdom defence relations -Kosovo over the last two and a half years and I wish him well in the future”,

A day before his resignation, Mehe had met with the British ambassador, with whom he said he spoke of joint projects and future British support for Kosovo in the field of defence.
