Disagreements between prime ministers Albin Kurti and Edi Rama appear to have been resolved recently. This was best seen during the participation of two leaders in the Black Strategic Forum, where Kurti and Rama were seen side by side at the labour dinner laid down by Republic of Slovenia Prime Minister Robert Golob.
Albania's ambassador to Kosovo, Kemal Minxhozi, said in an interview for Euronews Albania that there is no resentment between the two leaders and immediate disputes have already been overcome.
There is no hard feelings, but there are some immediate things that have been overcome very well between the two leaders.
Attending a common Sam shows that things have been passed among them. We've long known who would attend Sam. Even at the summit, expected to be held in Tirana on October 16th, Kurti will come back to exchange ideas”, Minxhozi said.
He also indicated some of the efforts made to make it possible for this meeting to take place earlier.
We've been trying to make this appointment happen, that's all I can't say. But you have seen that this meeting was not possible before. This then does not mean that there is no longer a continuation of meetings or exchange of messages. Members of the Albanian cabinet have been in Kosovo, and Kosovo ministers have been in Albania during this time. I could mention the meeting of interior ministers in Morina”, Minxhozi said.
