The Association of Kosovo Journalists AGK is shocked by the attack on the national portal team, journalist Vulnet Krasniqi and cameraman Arber Latifi in Prizren. Krasniqi and Latifi were there to report the protest called by local imams against the “Dokufest” festival.

According to media reports, they were attacked and physically pushed by a part of the protest crowd as they were carrying out their work.

This is an unacceptable attack and a serious threat to journalists' safety.

The AGK, requesting the police's immediate arrest of the attackers and their immediate face with justice.
