According to Sazan, this decision is arbitrary.
Through a communique, Abraham said that August is legally obligated to provide textbooks for students who follow the school.
“Who guarantees that the tools will be distributed correctly in the parents ' accounts when it is known that many parents may not have bank accounts? How will textbooks be selected by parents (the word is for publishing houses)? What if a book was contracted to print for 5 euros that the same book parents had to pay in a 7-hour library? What provision did the AugustI have to make sure students buy all the pre-school textbooks? There are municipalities that don't even have libraries. These are the problems August was supposed to discuss with the municipalities before bringing such decisions”, Ibrahim said.
He has added that they will have a meeting with Minister Nagavci to talk about the decision.
Full communication:
It's continuing to make decisions arbitraryly. Minister Nagavci has not consulted at all with municipal education directors (DKA) for this methodology, so parents can buy textbooks for their children, so that the ministry can later repay their money through application to e-Kosovo. We as AKK will have the education college meeting (where KKA is a member where these problems will be discussed. Minister Nagavci is also invited. So we're saying that these decisions are being made without even consulting the municipalities. DCAs are not even informed about this issue, and this shows that textbooks can be delayed even longer and that there will be consequences at a good start of the new school year! We have no information regarding the legal arrangement of this case. We are aware that AugustI has a legal obligation to provide textbooks for students who follow mandatory instruction.
