He has said the Association of Kosovo municipalities is being ignored by the Kurti Government.
“The AKK has not been invited and has not been part of this task force for drafting this administrative instruction. I don't know who said that, but the association didn't even accept an invitation, but it wasn't represented in this task force, Ibrahim said.
“Po seems to have become a kind of habit in this government that municipalities should not be invited to working groups where they have to do with competencies and responsibilities regarding the municipal budget”, he added.
According to him, this is not the first time that the ministries of this government do not invite association to participate in working groups.
This has now become the trend of dictatorships in the government for mayors to be overlooked in counseling regarding legal acts, sublaws that directly affect mayors. So it's become a habit for mayors to be seen as opposition, and that's what Prime Minister Kurti” stressed, he added to the Kosovo Clan.
On the other hand, he has said that demands stemming from mayors across the AKK are not being taken into account, and according to him, even understanding these meetings with the central level is losing.
