The Constitutional Court in Prizren has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Prizren, assigning the detention measure to 30 days' duration (each separately), Enver Saban, Public Services Director in Suhareka and Berat Kabashi, official of the Suhareka municipality.
They are suspected to have caused more than 74 thousand euros in damage to the municipality through misusing the road tender in Mishtish.
The news has confirmed for “Justice Vow “Judge Teuta Krusha.
Otherwise, hearings have been held in advance against the two suspects, where prosecutor Petrit Kryeziu demanded that detention measures be appointed against the suspects, while the defence demanded that Shaban and Kabashi be assigned any softer measures.
