Police announce that Ukrainians had been convicted of arms trafficking and anti-state crimes, and, as a result, Morina's Border Police in co-operation with the local Kukes Police Directorate and Interpol Tirana have made it possible for the 58-year-old to arrest Peru.
“Tried to enter Albania, while being sentenced to 25 years in prison, by Peru's authorities, for arms trafficking and for crimes against the state, the 58-year-old extradition was deliberately arrested.
