171st Day since construction began a road at Mattin 1, the director of Progress Rama reacts, finds one guilty

The “Uran Ajjeti” road started to be built on March 8th of this year is filling 171 days since the Pristina municipality started the works. The approximately 300m-long road has been contracted in December last year at the price of 294 thousand and 294 euros for the capital's taxpayers.
