Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, after the government's meeting, said that during this year it is expected that the Civil Code and Civil Procedure will go to the Kosovo Assembly for a vote.

She said the delays to vote on these codes are taking place as it is working with counter-prosecutor.

According to her, they are discussing both majority deputy and opposition deputies so that when this law goes to the country to vote it does not fail.

The Civil Procedure Code document was also voted in today. We plan within this year to process both the Civil Code and Civil Procedure Code. We're working with MPs so the Code doesn't fail when I get to the Assembly”, she said. / EO/
