He at Debat Plus, said Rama has come to Kosovo for the Berlin Process, and that Kurti, even though he was the most vocal of the Western Balkan leaders, for this process refused to meet with him.
Albin Kurt's modern-day behavior, except scandalous, is also childish. Today Edi Rama has come with at least formally another role, for the Berlin Process... He came to Kosovo, did not meet with the prime minister. Meeting doesn't mean you agree. However, Kosovo's prime minister has been the most vocal pro- Berlin Process against the Balkan Open. Now you're not waiting for Rama. Who do I expect from Albania except Rama?”, he has said.
Ymer said those who accuse Albania's prime minister do so because there are no opposition leaders in Albania who can challenge it.
According to him, Kurti is being used in order for Rama to weaken politically in Albania.
I don't think the image of Albin Kurt should be used in a war against Rama. This tells of Albania's political situation, to fight Rama, you have no opposition leaders, you must take over Kosovo's prime minister. What are you gonna do? Make it Albanian prime minister, Albin Kurtin, you can't”, he said.
