The measures warned for Kosovo by the European Union are estimated to have been made due to the policies of “uninsulted” by Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Meanwhile, the Vetevendosje Movement considers the European Union is not treating Kosovo and Serbia equally.

From the opposition, they say Kosovo has never been in a more serious political situation than it is today, while seeking to find another solution to the situation created in the country's north.

Vetevendosje Movement MP Mimoza Kusari-Lila has declared that the European Union is not treating two states that are in the process of dialogue equal.

She says Kosovo institutions have long presented the concerns in relation to Serbia, but that no measures have been taken due to geopolitical developments and the tendency to distance Serbia from Russia.

The “Measures warned by the European Union present in essence the basic inequity of treatment by the European Union of the two countries, which are in the process of dialogue with the European Union's mediation. It has been a time since we have presented our concerns in relation to either the mediator or even the process by accomodating Serbia's many and many demands in a context of geopolitical developments to draw Serbia closer to itself to getting rid of Russia”, she has stated.

The MP's chief says these measures can affect other states that want to extend sovereignty in their territory. It has also cited attacks on KFOR soldiers and the media.

“Despite seeing the ongoing developments and the latter in relation to events in the north and the responsibilities that were obvious, including attacks not only on soldiers and police, but on free media and statements of President Vuciq that somehow reason on attacks in the free word and in the media, including physical attacks, yet the EU feels that it is very easy to influence Kosovo or pressure on Kosovo in measures that they say will be short-term and not long-term in the event there is change in the ground, which is not only in effect but in the effect of the measures, but in the actual treatment of the system that is de-when democracy is decurable, in terms of which states try to improve the entire functioning of sovereignty, and that is, as the rule-oplicable as it is, the constitution's in effect, the order to improve the entire integrity of the judiciary.

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ferat Shala says Kosovo still has time to evade EU sanctions. For this, Shala requires action by the executive.

The first <x0). There are agendas, there are possibilities and space that are urgently ready to act in order not to do what is expected to happen to Kosovo. If it happens, unfortunately it is a huge social, economic and political damage because it has never happened to Kosovo to be faced with such an act when partners that have historically helped establish this state, today start with punitive measures”, says Shala, as it says Kosovo does not have the capacity to have opponents with the European Union.

Our economic situation as a new country does not deserve and cannot afford to be opposed to the European Union and the United States of America. It is also unlogical in a human sense but political and especially economic sense, claiming that we can meet European challenges and sanctions. So once again we call on the Government of Kosovo to urgently reflect that this does not happen to Kosovo”, he says.

He, the actions of Prime Minister Kurti in the country's north, considers populist and at the expense of citizenship. He continues to call the agreements reached in Brussels and Ohrid harmful.

The prime minister must have it clear that any path of statehood in this job, of freedom of Kosovo, is with partners and we dare not at all risk it because we have endangered our state and our freedom and our economic development. The mistakes are completely political of this government, which has no clarity either in action or in prevention, and today we are living with extreme populist policies located in a Kosovo area, where the prime minister has basically had another stance until he came to power and today.

Above all, the prime minister is now aware of, with agreements he signed in Brussels and Ohrid has made a serious error, made agreements against Kosovo, has realistically accepted an autonomy that has never been a topic of discussion, accepted another autonomy for Serbian Orthodox churches and faced these mistakes, is trying to shift attention to other crises which is basically improvised and by going very well to Serbia, but especially Kosovo state opponents<50, says Shala.

And Democratic League of Kosovo MP Rzazarta Krasniqi says the LDK does not support the executive to oppose international partners.

It says Kosovo has had to think of new investments, not sanctions.

Instead of talking about applications in international organisations, talking about new investments, we expect sanctions from the European Union today, this is extremely disturbing for Kosovo citizens. Prime Minister Kurti would have to sit down and agree with the United States of America and the European Union and calm the situation in the north because that's not how it goes”, Krasniqi says.

“We as the Democratic League of Kosovo have backed the prime minister in all integration processes, but we have not supported him to be against our international allies and he would have to sit down and agree with them, so that integration processes can work out because unfortunately the dialogue process is coming out and it's been linked to all other integration processes, the Council of Europe, membership in the European Union and other organisations, because we for two and a half years do not have any progress as far as foreign policy is concerned, we have only had a regress, the main reason when it's only with his adventures, the Krasni thereafter. /Economia Online
