Elvis Hoxha, former adviser to Prime Minister Albin Kurti, has expressed disappointment with Prime Minister Edi Rama, who at the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs has submitted 13 signing agreements.
Hoxha has called Rama's move shameful, saying that the Albanian “prime minister has started to conduct meetings of two governments in post-mail”
“Edi Rama has started to attend meetings of the two governments by mail. Even signing the simplest contract requires the presence of two firms. Albania's prime minister takes Turi through the Balkans but annuls the gathering of two governments. And then I start the package with the signing agreement. It's a shame, but it depends who feels it.”, wrote Hoxha on Facebook.
