Prime Minister Kurti has already issued a statement to the media, and I think he has given the answer. In this post, there has been an interview in a Croatian newspaper, there has been additional details. So it's an agreement, it's not a” donation, the Turkish ambassador has declared.
He has indicated that Turkey is a strategic partner of Kosovo, except in the field of defence, he said there is co-operation with Kosovo in the economic sphere as well.
Kosovo is Turkey's strategic partner, even vice versa. To be a strategic partner means to develop all areas, including defence. In Kosovo we also have economic co-operation developed. We have investments in different sectors, in banks, in the airport, in the electricity distribution, in production, and Turkish companies also freeze employment in Kosovo. Investments in Kosovo are 10 percent of our investments in the Balkans. Last year Turkey has become Kosovo's number one partner. We want to have economic and trade co-operation, this is important for us”, Turkish Ambassador to RTV Dukagjini's Debat Plus said.
Regarding whether other fears of this kind will be achieved in Kosovo, Ambassador Angili said it depends on Kosovo's need.
This depends on Kosovo's need, but so far, the Kosovo defence forces are going through co-operation, training and we have some co-operation with military leaders... Here we are focusing more, but if the Government of Kosovo wants to acquire any additional equipment regarding these needs, in terms of NATO frames, then Turkey and other states will respond to these needs. So far, it hasn't been on our agenda like this”, has declared Angel.

He has addressed false news that Turkey is allegedly trying to take over the West with such a move. Ambassador Angel has stressed that Turkey only wants to help Kosovo on its Euro-Atlantic road.
I recently witnessed false news that Turkey is taking over the West. This is the wrong end. Turkey supports Kosovo membership in Euro-Atlantic institutions... What we offer is not to replace someone, but to contribute to Kosovo from”, he has declared.
Ambassador Angel emphasises that co-operation between the two countries will continue will also be expanded.
It was Sunday on July 16th when Kosovo's worst weapon became Bayraktar TB-2 drones.
With speeds of some 220 miles per hour [220 km], Turkish drones can fly over 27 hours without interruption. /Dukagini/
