The young man went in to wash himself, but he didn't feel well.
For this reason, he was extracted from the water from coastal family and guards, who, even though he was given first aid, the 20-year-old has failed to escape.
The first suspicions are that he's under cardiac arrest.

Around 10:25, on the beach of Velipoja, citizen A. S., 20, a resident in Shkodra, has just come into contact with water, not feeling well. He has been taken ashore by coastal family and guard and given first aid but has lost his life. Presequently, the 20-year-old has lost his life in cardiac arrest.
The investigative group follows work on determining exactly the cause of death.
