The 34-year-old, who had rented in the municipality of Rrogozyna, managing the beach parcel, had failed to meet the security conditions under the contract linked between the economic operator and the National Coast Agency.
Following the investigative actions for the afternoon event of 09.07.23, on the beach of Ville-Baskova, where they lost their lives from drowning at sea, 3 citizens (father and his two minor boys), the investigative facilities of the Cavaj Police Commissioner arrested citizen P in French. N., 34, resident in Tirana, manager of the tourist operator that had rented from the Rrogozhina municipality, the beach section of Ville-Baskova, where this event took place.
The 34-year-old arrest took place after the investigative actions carried out on the ground have resulted in this citizen's quality, the quality of the beach parcel manager rented by the municipality Rrogozhina, failing to meet security conditions under the contract linked between the economic operator and the National Coast Agency (contrasts approved by the Ministry of Tourism), and, in turn, have been drowned at sea, citizens E. H., 50, R. H., 17, and M. H., 13, resident of Tirana“, police report.
Witnesses from the scene reported seeing a man raise his hands and seek help, but none of the vacationers went into the sea because they were afraid of the great waves and there were no observers. The three drownings were pulled out of the sea by a working person on the beach.
