The tobacco law contradicts Kurti's ministers: Peci says he's going to eradicate, the year is smoking within closed spaces

He's the first man in the institution to make sure things like this don't happen.

But, Health Minister Arben Vitita is seen smoking inside the closed space of a bar.

The video where Minister Vitita is watching smoking has published the Kix show in Klan Kosova.

Point 1.9 of the Law on Tobacco Control says:

“1.9. Closed space ) any space covered with roof or ceiling, which is mobile or fixed, and surrounded by two or more sides, regardless of the type of material used and whether the structure is permanent or temporary”.

Then there are “Preventive Measures“.

1. The Kosovo government forms the Interministerial Council for Tobacco Control with the aim of protecting health.
2. The council will have 15. (15) members to include: Health Ministry representatives; Education, Science and Technology; Finance; Labour and Social Management; Justice; Internal Affairs; Environment and Spatial Planning; Infrastructure; Agriculture and Rural Development; Culture, Youth and Sports; health professionals, representatives of information tools and civil society.
