The head of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo parliamentary group, Besnik Tahiri, said the current approach of the parliamentary majority is the worst in the history of parliamentaryisation. According to him, every law that came to the assembly was unconstitutional. So he said behind the table of discussion with representatives from the economy and private sector businesses. Tahiri added that regular government communication with the private sector does not exist.
Following the AAK's fourth organised table, the party's chief of deputies said these meetings have labour tools, with all conclusions coming together to build a platform.
You can't find a law that chose a problem. The Law on Minimal Pagan has created a problem. The Law on Salaries is the law of lowering salaries, has created a problem. Civil code hasn't come, it's created a problem between them. International agreements have not passed. Health laws are zero, laws for education are zero. Each law that has affected, in addition to several international agreements, most laws are anti-unconstitutional laws. I consider this assembly and the approach of this majority the worst ever in the history of parliamentarians”, he said.
After meeting with the private sector, Tahiri said it was also discussed on the major bureaucracy, which has reached 10 conclusions.
The “appears that political instability, perception that in Kosovo is war, that there is a conflict thanks to an experimental governance of Mr. Kurti, has also caused the economic sector to become directly infected and in particular foreign investment. The lack of energy sustainability, non-investment in thermo-electrica and the refusal of American gas also points to a huge energy-related problem. It is expected that the coming year will have serious problems, given the high price already in summer, they are paying for energy. The third issue relates to the major bureaucracy, the large administration and the failure to function the triangle, the government-economic-sector. Many major problems related to major administrative obstacles were highlighted here, but also the lack of communication of agencies and sectors that help the economy”, Tahiri added.
At the media conference, Tahiri said there are poor capital investments on the part of the state.
The fifth item has to do with an anti-economic, anti-sector, anti-business initiative. So there's no dialogue, no government talking to the private sector. The Social Economic Council, which has determined that it should determine the minimum wage, has never been collected. Oda communication is completely inevitable and government regular communication with the private sector does not exist. A major problem was also involved in respecting contracts from employers. No answers, contracts, prices go up, and most investors, many employees work at a loss of”, Tahiri added.
The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo MP also cited the lack of conditions for foreign investment, despite what he said the diaspora's interest.
The seventh case is related to the lack of conditions for foreign investment, in particular to the diaspora. Actually, the full de-function of the Kosovar Investment Agency that is near the Ministry of Commerce. There was said to be many of the diaspora who have interest, but there are no conditions for investment”, he added.
Tahiri also spoke of the case of Kosovo “Klan”, where he said they have full solidarity with this media.
What is happening to them is a scandal on the international level. The sooner the government understands this, the better it will be for Kosovo, and the better it will be for democratic society. Democracy, free speech and, above all, the media are at an unprecedented risk since Kosovo's declaration of Independence”, Tahiri.
At this meeting, Tahiri added, the issue of stopping the Kosovo-Albania railway was also mentioned, which, according to him, would help and enable connection with Durres Port.
Besides, MP Besnik Tahiri said they would continue with the communication cycle with the private sector every month.
