The Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is headed by Jelal Svecla, has given 100 thousand euros in damages to the company Blendi.
It's about one stem contract. It envisions the emergency supply of 500,000 implants for aluminum plates, and for just three months, reports Institute for Research Front.

The winning business proximity to Vetevendosje
The deal between the parties was reached on June 7th this year. 12 days after the visit that Albin Kurti, chief of Jelal Svechla, made on May 26th just within the facilities of the company.
The Blend Company was among the few businesses that can be counted on fingers, through which it went as Kosovo's chief government guest during its nearly three-year term and among the few publicly promised assistance from the government. Something like that is testified through a post in the official profile of Prime Minister Kurti himself.
That's the first suspicion that's weighing on the tender epilogue.

Next Doubt on the Treaty
The shadow of doubts becomes even greater when the tender is analyzed.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs applied the negotiated procedure, without publishing the contract for this procurement activity. Such procedure, meanwhile legally allowed, avoid transparency and competition, the two fundamental principles of procurement, reports Institute for Research Front.
Evidence of that is this tender. Only the Black Company was invited for negotiations and no other company from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This maintains that, according to one survey, there are dozens of companies in Kosovo that could offer services similar to cracked posters.
The negotiated procedure, which expelled the race, can be used on three occasions under the Public Procure Law.
One of them is due to extreme emergencies caused.
Silence Ministry, excuse company
Institute for Investigative Front He contacted the Ministry of Internal Affairs to clarify all these allegations.
However, no answers to this dictatorship during Thursday have been returned.
Meanwhile, the owner of the Blendi company, Shaip Rama, has denied proximity to Vetevendosje and the possibility that any official of this power-holding subject has influenced the tender.
There's no one here. That's why we're the only ones invited. We worked fast. There was no influence from Vetevendosje and we have no closer to this party and no other”, said Rama for “
Kurt wasn't at Blendy Company alone. He had brought Finance Minister Iron Murati with him during the visit.
