Summertime food management increases, meat and milk care are required

The Food and Veterina Agency has intensified work on food control in the summer season.

Thus, the spokesman for this institution, Lamir Thaci, who in the Kosovo FM Clan, has said this is being done for consumer safety.

“We work every day regardless of the season, but plans differ in dynamics and concentrations. Of course, in the summer season we exercise more checkups that require adequate conservation conditions so that they do not come to my contamination of”, Thaci has indicated.

He has appealed to consumers to be careful with family basket products when temperatures rise.

“Products must be saved under set conditions on label”.

Thaci in particular has called for increased care in meat-based animal products and milk products.
