Invited to a TV show, she said it is planned for young people who fill 18 years of age to be distributed by 20 thousand euros.
This will be done in order for them to have the opportunity to school or open up their small businesses. Diaz says this initiative will help improve people's lives, and it will also be possible for young people to receive deserved respect.
The minister also said that this project will be funded by taxes on large assets.
The Diaz proposal has even been distributed on her Twitter account.
