Professor Nedmedin Spahiu commenting on the beginning of the work of Serbian police officers has said this is a success of Kosovo's state and police that has managed to extend order and law to the north.
The work of policemen from minority communities legitimises power in northern Kosovo”, Spahiu has said.
Spahiu further said the rest of Kosovo is less in rule and order than the north.
“The only territory of Kosovo where order is respected and the law is north, while in the rest of Kosovo the law is being violated the largest”, Spahiu said on the “show. Info10”
He has mentioned the Law on Urbanism, the Law on Tobacco Control, the Law on Symbols, as laws that are not being implemented.
