Lawyer Xhevdet Smakqi has said the Law for the Sovereign Fund, adopted at the night session of the physical attack taking place in the assembly, must certainly be sent to the Constitutional Court.
According to Smakik, Article 48 of the Law for the Sovereign Fund already adopted, as he said, under the order of Dejona Mihali and Prime Minister Albin Kurti, excludes the Procurement Law from spending public funds of Central Public Enterprises and Mines.
Therefore, this article 48 allows ZdraVVVVVVVon Clans to squander billions of euros without public tenders with direct negotiation and a source of”, Smakqi said.
He said the opposition has the obligation to submit this law to the Constitutional Court, as according to him, the large shadow of corruption is concealed at Article 48.
