Serbia attacking border police in Jarinje sentenced to 10 months in prison

Otherwise, according to the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act in Mitrovica, Nikola Todorovic reportedly on April 7th 2023, at the entrance of the Republic of Kosovo, exactly at the border point in Jarinje, has deliberately attacked the police official, M.O., during the conduct of official office.

By this, he was accused of committing criminal work “Attack on the official person” by Article 402, par.4 connected to par.2 and par.1 of the Penal Code.
