The Russian Federation has come up with Serbia's president's request, Aleksandar Vuciq, to call “emergency assistance” at the UN Security Council to discuss the situation in the northern part of Kosovo.
Russia's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, as the “Mosska has been concerned by the transition of violence” to northern Kosovo, playing propaganda that “has an immediate risk to the survival of Serbs in Kosovo”.
Speaking at the media conference, as Serbian media quoted her, she said that “things have come out of control”, so -- literally echoing Aleksandar Vuciq's claims.
It also hits the West, the United States and the European Union for support of Kosovo “in ethnic cleansing, deportation, population and terror against Serbs” in Kosovo.
Instead, Western capitals are looking for new ways to exert pressure on Belgrade and the Serbian people, making up immoral accusations, including against representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Russia shares Serbia's president's opinion on the current crisis situation”, Zakharova has said.
