The former commander of the Llap Operative Zone, Rrustem Mustafa, has come to the defense of the Commission for Examining the Ankes for the Registering of Businesses from the Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade, which two days ago announced that it has rejected Klan Kosovo's complaint of the return of the operation license.
Mustafa says everyone has the right to be a citizen of Serbia, but not on behalf of media freedom to deny the state of Kosovo, misusing addresses like “nje-Serbia, Gjakova- Serbia” is not fair.
In a Facebook response, he has said that the lines of receiving sports programmes or other benefits contrary to constitutional order “should be stopped”.
His full post:
In the Republic of Kosovo, a order is being set, we need correct functioning of free speech.
Each has the right to be a citizen of Serbia, but not in the name of media freedom, with self-deems as citizens of Serbia, to deny the state of Kosovo, to defeat other competitors in the market and who are citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, by misusing addresses like “Pej-Serbia, Gjakova-Serbia”. The lines of receiving sports programmes or other benefits in opposing constitutional order by cheating and corrupting everything you meet must stop. The competition in the service market should be equal and not become practical to beat up competitors with ties coming through a few businessmen coming from Serbia, even in opposition to constitutional order, only to distort the market and expel the playful competitors in the free market.
Free speech must be guaranteed, but it must be taken into account that states with highly developed democracies have taken and are taking steps to prevent the misuse of free speech because this misuse is now viewed as uncontrolled arsenal. That's because news news, in modern times, kills more than weapons.
