Along with the photos, Rama has shared a portion of his speech, thanking Hovenier and the United States for everything he has done for Kosovo, adding “we are friends, brothers forever”, Express reports.
“Life is not just about politics, but you will go out and enjoy the beautiful people of Pristina, celebrating the life and freedom that we now have as a result of our great friends, the US.
Therefore, thank Ambassador Havenier for your great support and support of your country, and for everything the United States has done for Kosovo and continues to do. We're friends, brothers forever.
