Rama's idea of an international conference, Kurti: We've had in the past, now we have a basic agreement.

He has expressed sceptical about holding such a conference. Kurti said that instead, all that needs to be done is implementing the basic agreement overall.

“We have had international conferences in the past and now we have a basic agreement, from February 27th of this year, in Brussels and also from March 18th to Ohrid with the application annex. All it has to do is make sure that basic agreement is implemented in its entirety and fair and balanced. This should be done for us to engage in Brussels at meetings we have”, Kurt told reporters yesterday during the day in Prizren.

Rama's idea of such a conference is supported by European Council President Charles Michel.

I want to say that we also support the idea to organise, as soon as possible, a conference together with several EU member states”, Michel said before the start of the EU Summit until he was associated with NATO Secretary Jens Stoltenberg.

I think it's time to have a global approach and take clear steps towards normalization” has added Michel.

During this week Rama has “dored” and formally his proposal in Brussels during meetings with senior officials there, including EC President Michel and High Representative Josep Borelli.

The European Union's Special Envoy for Kosovo-Serbia Miroslav has confirmed this.

“It's Eddie Rama's initiative. I have to say he plays an active and constructive role in the entire crisis, because he's a good connoisseur of the situation on the ground. Of course, as Albanian prime minister, his voice is very authoritarian to hear. I'm in regular contact with him and I know how much time and authority has invested to find a solution. That's the proposal he came up with. We are in daily contact with the US and the major European capitals. But of course, the best platform for resolving issues is dialogue, and we have to go back to dialog” Lajcak said.

Rama has proposed a <x0-> normalisation conference”, where Prime Minister Kurti and Serbian President Vuciq would be closed until the discussion on all disagreements ends.

The two leaders will be taken and closed within a normament conference, without a right exit until the conversation ends to handle those points, that no one will object to, but at the same time blames each other for not being implemented, because there is no will. That's the fact. There's even a drunk from this shit-hole with all the democratic planet, in the name of I don't know what. But today's daily reality is becoming the basis for a very negative reality tomorrow, in all respects. It is up to me to discuss the economy of Kosovo or less of Serbia. The only beneficiary of this situation is the gentleman who stays locked up in his bunker at Kremlin”, Rama said.
