Rama's Hovenier celebrates July 4th, Kurti and Osmani are missing

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albn Kurti are not participating in this organisation.
The US has criticism of Kosovo government of access to the north of Kosovo.
However, in the concert organised by the Pristina Community, run by LDK's Rama Progress, US Ambassador Jeffrey Havenier is also participating.
He has given a talk to the occasion.
“Ston in Pristina is feeling very good. I just had a great burger, we have a great concert, and I'm told there's gonna be fireworks. So, if I can be home in the U.S. with my family under a blanket looking at fireworks...”, said Hüvenier, as you were “obstructed” from someone from the public, saying: “You're home”.
Afterwards, Horvenier continued: “... Right, I'm home, at my house in Pristina. Thank you for celebrating with us, congratulations on July 4th. Happy U.S. Independence Day, thank you to Kosovo”, he declared.
