Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced on Thursday that he has signed 13 collection agreements for the two governments, Kosovo and Albania.

So Rama has also published photographs on his Facebook, where he sees him signing those agreements.

Signing these agreements has also been the condition of Ksoova Prime Minister Albin Kurti to hold meetings with Albania's prime minister.

Rama's announcement:

Shortly to Skopje to begin two-day visit to Western Balkan capitals

Today morning, they have surrendered to the foreign ministry in Kosovo on 13 collection agreements of two governments signed on our part. With the confirmation of the Kosovo side, they immediately enter into force. I am hopeful that after the removal of publicly expressed concern by KM Kurti for citizens prevented from benefiting from 13 agreements, we will have confirmation of meeting with Albin this afternoon
