Rama: The international community fails to understand or justify Albin's approach

“I have given my opinion and that was the many who comment directly on you retort, complain or express negative feelings to friends, partners, our allies, is that while we speak differently from all previous times, Kosovo has on the table the best possible offer for its future. It has the Franco-German plan, which is Kosovo first and it's us Albanians first, the interested ones we have to postpone from before the end, insisting on the table, insisting on using this great potential of the alliance and the Euro-Atlantic community, to force Serbia to accept the Franco-German plan”, he has said.

He said this plan paves the way for Kosovo for the best future and to win a seat at the United Nations.

The “which means virtually the final opening of the road to the future for a Kosovo recognised by all and seated in its seat at the United Nations”, he has said.

Rama also commented on the approach of Kosovo institutions in the face of international community requirements.

They're connected to the fact I said earlier. The Euro-Atlantic community, which means the EU with active support of the US, have brought a very difficult process to a very long-awaited point for Albanians and Kosovo, and after which Kosovo, the Government of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, must be held firmly to try to get rid of the last step of non-recognition from half the world, and to finally normalise relations with Serbia. The Euro-Atlantic community can't understand it or justify it, nor tolerate the conduct of the Kosovo authorities, nor the approach of Prime Minister Albin, which is an approach once that one didn't exist, as if we were a few years ago and if this process hadn't occurred”, Rama further declared.
