Rama: Albine is cut off into a closed world

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama received several straight questions from journalists in Montenegro, at a joint conference with Montenegrin Prime Minister with technical mandate Dritan Abazovic, for failing to hold a meeting with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, as well as for the meeting he had with Kosovo Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca.
