Rafuna has said that those who have decided to leave the country so far have found alternatives to do so.
“There are no expectations that there will be large evacuations. Those who have already planned to leave have done this”.
The first OEK, however, has said that citizens should be careful because the visas being liberalised will only be for tourism.
“Denials are too high for both the individual who violates the rules and the institutions of the country if there are abuses. I believe that tourists can connect contact with an employer in order to come back and apply as they do today”, Rafuna said in an interview for Telegrafi.
He says a national strategy is needed to address these problems.
“Institutions must be faster to build strategies to stop young people from leaving Kosovo. We also need to bring back those who have started working abroad or opened businesses abroad to return to the country”.
We really need development. If other countries work eight hours a day, we have to work 16 hours since we're a new state and we've started everything from zero times1>.
Rafuna says that large - scale migration has taken place by the male gender, which, according to him, can cause night problems.
