The demand for provisional security of seized property has been rejected because of the prosecutor's error. He has submitted inexplicable requests for securing confiscated properties. Paparac has secured the order of the Constitutional Court in Pec, where this criminal case is being handled against the former head of the Shrpca municipality, Bratislav Nikolic and five others.

The Constitutional Prosecutor's request at Ferizaj for provisional measure for the security of seized property” is said at the court's order.

75 villas in Brezovica, Second Zone of National Park “Sharri”, confiscated last November at the order of the Foundation Court in Pec.

However, the prosecution waited about six months to submit a new security motion for sequentised properties, though the law envisions 60-day deadlines for submitting the request to court.

The “Law, which has been in force at the time of the temporary sequentification of the above-mentioned objects, has been presupposed within 60 days of the building's seizure, real estate, playable wealth, the state prosecutor requires temporary measures for securing the property”, said the court's command.

The Founding Court in Pec found that Ferizaj's request for temporary measure for the security of seized property is in vain”, further said in the device's reasoning. Politicians, businessmen and other public figures are villa owners, subject to a criminal investigation by Ferizaj's Prosecutor in the case known as “Brezovica”. Among the owners is former Foreign Minister, currently Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Enver Hoxhaj, businessman Alban Quka, businessman Shkelzen Domi and Blerim Thaci, brother of former President Hashim Thaci.

The “Brezovica” case has been assessed as one of the largest shares against crime and corruption in post-war Kosovo. After dozens of people arrested, millions of euros frozen had been seized over 70 villas. The case attorney, Rasim Maloku, claims these constructions were made contrary to the law.

In this case, prosecutor Maloku prosecutes the former head of Shrpca, Bratislav Nikolic, due to the criminal act “bribe taking”, “The misuse of the official task” and “impact fraud”. In this case, along with “Braca”, five more people are charged: Dimitrije Raicicevich, Riyad Hasani, Hajrush Ajvazi, Labinot Vitija and Hyseyin Aydin.
