(3 years ago)The Pec Foundation Court has ruled on the release of 75 seized villas in Brezovica, mostly owned by politicians, businessmen, judges, etc. Days earlier the Foundation Court in Pec confirmed to Gazeta Express that it has rejected prosecutor Rasim Maloku's request for the appointment of security measures for [the] villas.

The court said it is impervious to the prosecutor's request.
We confirm that with the Order of the Foundation Court in Pec U. JCK.n.161/22, dated 06.07.2023, is being thrown unappreciated as the Constitutional Prosecutor's request at Ferizaj for provisional measure for the security of seized property”, the Court confirmed.
The Express newspaper has asked case prosecutor Rasim Maloku what steps they have taken regarding the decision of the First Court and whether they have filed complaints with the Court of Appeals.
Prosecutor Maloku said the complaint at the Appeals will be exercised within the legal deadline.
“Agna will be exercised in the legal term”, Maloku said.
