The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that it has initiated investigations into criminal work “Attack”, in connection with the daily beating in the Kosovo Assembly.
It has also become known that it has authorised the police to take all necessary investigative actions, including the taking of statements from the parties involved in the case.
“The procedure in full co-ordination with the Kosovo Police would take all actions to conform to KPPRK's legal provisions, until the full clarification of the case in question” is highlighted in the statement.
