Prosecution of Enver Sekerrases' associate in the murder of Triumf Riza

According to police announcement, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor of Prosecutorship has issued a plea for the detention of Abdullah, arrested Sunday in the village of Batlava in the Podujevo municipality.
Ilir Abdullah was arrested by Kosovo Police after 16 years on the run. An arrest warrant issued by the court was in force against him.
“Under arrest warrant issued by the tribunal has been arrested the Kosovo male fugitive and, at the prosecutor's decision, sent to the detention”, Kosovo Police said today in its 24-hour daily report.
Known with the nickname “Lisa”, he was wanted by Interpol on the charge that he organised the police murder, Triumf Riza, along with Enver Sekiraqen.
He is accused of being organised by Enver Sekiraqa along with Arben Berisha, Fitim Avdiu and Beating Abdullah, have killed Triumf Riza.
Triumf Riza was killed on 30 August 2007, for which Arben Berisha has been sentenced to 35 years in prison. Meanwhile, Enver Sekiraqa is accused of inciting the assassination of Triumf Riza. For the charge, Sekiraqa was sentenced to 37 years in prison, but the case has turned into retrial.
