Pressed for 23:30 hearings against Berisha lawyer

Berisha's lawyer, Naim Rudari, said they hope injustice will end tonight and the court will assess the fair evidence.

For the first time in my career, I've been shocked at how far judicial uncertainty can go in our country and how easily illegal a citizen can be deprived of freedom, let alone a lawyer's professional for something that not only does not commit a crime but in fact for something that is essential and legal.

Before the beginning of the session, we have asked that evidence be handed over to us that supports the prosecution's request and that we have read in court presence, most of them for an objective observer, and for me as a lawyer the arrest of Berisha not only is the sin but also abuse of the official power.

We firmly believe that the court will assess the evidence correctly and correct the injustice not only to lawyer Besnik Berisha but also to any lawyer who may face an arbitrary arrest tomorrow, because we are all at risk of suffering.

We're waiting for the prosecutor to bring two more evidence that was reasoned he doesn't have them, so that we can discredit and reflect the truth.

Today, I proudly say that the suspicion that Besnik Berisha has been arrested on the order of power and because of personality, was confirmed and that every minute above that the fraud of having committed a criminal act is the abuse that we will one day condemn as a crime.

We're expecting that after a while the hearing will begin where we will be able to deliver our evidence and we are hoping that injustice will end tonight.
