Berisha, who has a broad experience in the field of attorneys, says Maloku's actions against him were co-ordinated with power, respectively, with Minister Albulen Haxhiu, who has even warned of lawsuits against the lawyer.
“Albulena Haxhiu is unaware... the attorney he committed has problems with the code of the lawyer's ethics”, he said.
Berisha's indictment responded to the lawyer committed by Minister Haxhiu, Nasuf Hasani.

Meanwhile, the union association of Kosovo prosecutors has on Tuesday condemned the language used by lawyer Besnik Berisha towards prosecutor Rasim Maloku.
