Osmani has said that any legal dilemma concerning the case of Klan Kosova license should be clarified by the relevant instances of the justice system of the Republic of Kosovo by the end.
The response is said to expect Osman to do so by implementing the law, without interference, and based on principles of impartiality and integrity.

Freedom of the media is not a privilege but a fundamental right to support the functioning of a democratic society. It is everyone's duty in our society to appreciate media freedom, protect it and create conditions for it, in accordance with the defined frameworks of our Constitution and the laws of our Republic. Respecting the Constitution and laws is essential to maintaining order, justice and social cohesion.
Promoting media freedom within the limits of the law, as well as legal support of free speech and the right to information, are basic principles of our society, which are also derived from the highest judicial act of our state.
Any legal dilemma over the case of the Klan Kosovo media license should be clarified by the relevant instances of the justice system of the Republic of Kosovo until the end.
The president of the Republic expects this to be done by implementing the law, without interference, based on principles of impartiality and integrity.
